What does the MIH do?

We are part of your healthcare team and are here to help. We are a free service to the people that we see, and our number one goal is to help you recover from your hospital stay in the comfort of your home. We can also assist you in connecting with all the other members of your healthcare team after your interaction with emergency care providers in or out of the hospital.

How can I be seen by MIH?

Your provider will need to send us a referral for service, and then we will call you to schedule.
